Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pancit Canton noodles according to package instructions. Usually, you’ll need to soak them in water until they soften, then drain them before cooking.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, but not browned.
  4. Add the sliced onions and cook until they become translucent.
  5. Add the thinly sliced pork and chicken to the pan. Stir-fry until they are cooked through and no longer pink.
  6. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
  7. Push the meat and shrimp to one side of the pan, and add the julienned carrots, sliced bell pepper, and shredded cabbage to the other side. Stir-fry the vegetables until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
